Kathy Kaye

For nearly 20 years, I’ve been designing and delivering coaching and team effectiveness programs across corporate, nonprofit, and academic settings. I hold the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation from the Co-Active Training Institute and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. I’m also a certified facilitator of Personal Strengths TotalSDI, the full suite of Human Synergistics assessments, the Leadership Circle Profile 360, and SuccessFinder.

Before becoming a coach, I served as an office manager for two organizations in the leadership space and later as Director of Training and Coaching for another. These roles gave me firsthand insight into leadership challenges and inspired my passion for helping others grow. Since then, I’ve specialized in leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management—always with a focus on experiential learning.

My work has included collaborations with a wide range of organizations and projects, from corporate training partnerships to community development initiatives in youth, health, and housing. Internationally, I’ve contributed to housing research in India and Zimbabwe, taught English in Korea, and trained TESOL students in effective teaching techniques.

These experiences have shaped the way I work: with a global perspective, a commitment to practical learning, and a deep respect for the unique dynamics of every group I support. My goal is always the same—to create meaningful, high-quality training and development experiences that help individuals and teams thrive.
